Scope and seller

  • These Terms apply to purchases made through the Figrio Studio shop at figrio.com/shop.
  • Seller: Kiss Szabolcs Ev., Kaposvár, Répás fő u. 10., Hungary. Phone: +3610000. Email: support@figrio.com.
  • The seller is a sole proprietor registered in Hungary and operating as AAM / exempt from VAT. Tax number and sole proprietor registration number must be completed before publication.
  • These English Terms are the shop publication version.

Products

  • Figrio Studio sells hand-finished jewelry and related products inspired by fantasy and anime worlds, including digitally sculpted, 3D printed, hand painted, electroformed, small-batch, and workshop-made items.
  • Standard products are items available through the regular shop catalog without customer-specific logo, engraving, personalization, or other individually requested modification.
  • Custom products are items with a customer-specific logo, engraving, personalization, custom text, custom design, or other individually requested modification.
  • Because products may be handmade, hand finished, printed, painted, electroformed, or produced in small batches, minor differences in color, surface, texture, patina, pattern, and finish can occur unless a precise specification is expressly confirmed in writing.
  • Product photos are illustrative but are intended to show the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, lighting, and handmade finishing can affect perceived color and detail.

Ordering process and contract formation

  • The customer selects products, checks cart contents, enters billing and shipping details, selects the available shipping method, accepts these Terms, and submits the order through the checkout.
  • Recommended checkout acceptance text: "I have read and accept the Terms."
  • Placing an order is a customer offer to buy the selected products. The contract is formed when Figrio Studio confirms acceptance of the order or starts fulfillment, whichever happens first.
  • An automatic technical receipt of the order only confirms that the shop received the order request; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance where stock, price, payment, fraud, shipping, or custom-production issues are detected.
  • Figrio Studio may reject or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price or product information was obviously incorrect, payment fails, the address is incomplete, fraud or abuse is suspected, or the custom request cannot be fulfilled.

Prices, tax status, coupons, and currency

  • The payable price is the amount shown at checkout before payment, including the product price and the selected shipping fee.
  • The seller operates as AAM / exempt from VAT. Prices are customer-facing final prices for the product, and no VAT is charged by the seller under the AAM status.
  • The shop may display or charge in EUR or USD depending on market, shipping country, and payment configuration. The checkout amount controls the payable amount.
  • Coupons, gifts, discounts, perks, and promotional benefits are not money, are not redeemable for cash, and may be limited, corrected, or withdrawn in cases of mistake, abuse, fraud, or violation of promotion rules.
  • If an obviously incorrect price is displayed because of a technical or administrative error, Figrio Studio may refuse fulfillment at that incorrect price and may offer the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

Payment

  • Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment method made available at checkout.
  • The frontend does not handle raw card numbers. Card and payment data are processed by the payment provider under its own secure payment environment.
  • The order is not payable in cash unless the shop expressly offers that option.
  • If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is flagged as suspicious, Figrio Studio may pause fulfillment until the issue is resolved.
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method where technically possible unless another method is agreed or required.

Production, delivery, customs

  • Standard products are shipped according to the availability and delivery information shown in the shop. Custom products may require a separate production period.
  • A product marked "Made to order" in the shop is out of stock and is produced after the order is placed, so it ships after that production period rather than from stock. The FAQ states the typical production time.
  • Delivery times are estimates unless Figrio Studio expressly confirms a binding delivery deadline in writing.
  • The customer is responsible for accurate name, phone, email, billing, shipping, and customs information. Delays or costs caused by incorrect or incomplete data are the customer responsibility.
  • For shipments outside the European Union, including the United States, import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs delays may apply. These are paid by the customer unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
  • To be completed before publication: detailed customs wording for United States shipments, including carrier, document, refused-import, and import-fee estimate rules.

Withdrawal, returns, and custom product exception

  • Consumers may exercise the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for standard, non-personalized products according to the Withdrawal and Returns page.
  • For custom, engraved, logoed, personalized, or otherwise individually requested products, withdrawal may be excluded where the product was made to the customer instruction or clearly personalized and the legal exception applies.
  • The customer pays return shipping unless Figrio Studio expressly agrees otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
  • The withdrawal exception does not remove statutory warranty rights for defective products.

Warranty, statutory rights, and care

  • Consumers have statutory warranty rights under applicable law if the product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
  • Product warranty and mandatory guarantee apply where the relevant legal conditions are met. Mandatory guarantee applies only to products and value thresholds covered by the applicable mandatory guarantee rules.
  • Jewelry and handmade products must be used and cared for according to reasonable care instructions. Damage caused by misuse, accident, improper cleaning, water/chemical exposure, alteration, or normal wear is not treated as a seller defect unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional damage, gross negligence, or harm to life, body, or health where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Accounts, abuse, and security

  • The customer is responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing accurate data in the account and checkout.
  • Figrio Studio may limit, suspend, or refuse access, coupons, perks, gifts, or orders where abuse, fraud, automated misuse, payment misuse, or violation of shop rules is suspected.
  • The shop may use security checks, payment checks, bot protection, rate limits, and manual review to protect customers and the service.

Intellectual property

  • Figrio Studio product photos, designs, product names, text, graphics, and shop materials are protected content unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers may not copy, reuse, scrape, resell, or commercially use shop photos, designs, descriptions, or branding without written permission.
  • A customer who provides a logo, text, design, or other material for a custom product confirms that they have the right to use it and is responsible for third-party claims connected to that material.

Complaints, privacy, and changes

  • Complaint handling is described on the Complaints page. Privacy and browser storage rules are described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Figrio Studio may update these Terms for legal, operational, product, payment, shipping, or security reasons. The version in force at the time of the accepted order applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Applicable law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain applicable where they cannot be excluded.
