1. Seller
The seller is Figrio Studio, a Hungary-based jewellery micro-manufacturer. Customer support is available at [email protected].
2. Orders and product information
Product pages describe the item, material, finish, price, available currency, and expected availability. A binding order is created only after the checkout confirms the order and payment flow.
Handmade, hand-painted, limited, or made-to-order pieces may have natural variation. Product photos and descriptions should be read together before ordering.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Figrio Studio does not store full card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.
4. Delivery
Delivery methods, countries, shipping prices, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Withdrawal, returns, and custom products
Standard consumer withdrawal and return rules are described on the Withdrawal and Returns page. Custom-made, personalized, or sealed hygiene-sensitive products may be subject to statutory exceptions where applicable.
6. Warranty and complaints
Warranty, product conformity, and complaint handling rules are described on the Complaints Handling page. Please contact [email protected] with your order number and photos if a product issue occurs.
