Full FAQHow long does a custom commission take?
Most custom pieces are crafted in 2-3 weeks. Larger or one-of-a-kind work may take 4-6 weeks.
What does "Made to order" mean on a product?
It means the piece is sold out right now, so yours is cast, plated and finished after you order it. You can order it exactly like an in-stock piece; it simply ships once it is made, typically within 2-3 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship tracked parcels across the EU, UK, US, and most of the world. Duties may apply on arrival.
Can I return a hand-painted piece?
Standard pieces are returnable within 30 days. Custom or made-to-order works are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
How do I care for electroformed copper?
Keep it dry, store it in the pouch provided, and re-wax once a year. We can re-patina any piece on request.
